Oversaw all phases of the project to make sure visual content was on concept, project was completed on time and within budget.

PROJECT DETAILS

THIS SCOPE OF WORK CONSISTED OF 4 HALF DAY PRODUCTIONS ON LOCATIONS IN CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA. WE INTERVIEWED 9 PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVES OF ORGANIZATIONS AND SCHOOL STAFF WHO WERE AMAZING. EACH SHOOT DAY WAS ON CAMERA INTERVIEWS AND ONE SHOOT DAY CONSISTED OF BROLL FROM AROUND THE CITY OF NORTH CHARLESTON. ADDITIONALLY, WE SPENT ANOTHER HALF DAY AROUND LOCAL BUSINESSES AND ORGANIZATION SHOOTING VERTICAL PROMO CONTENT FOR THE GALA OUR CLIENT WAS HOSTING.

PRODUCTION DAYS

FROM THE CLIENT INITIAL PHONE CALL TO FINAL OUTPUT TOOK 6 WEEKS. WE DIDN’T HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO GET THIS PROJECT SHOT AND FINISHED. WE SPENT ABOUT 1 WEEK IN PROPOSAL + CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT, 1.5 WEEKS IN THE PRE-PRODUCTION + LOCATION SCOUTING, 2 WEEKS IN PRODUCTION (SOMETIMES SCHEDULING WITH BUSY PROFESSIONALS CAN BE TRICK), AND ABOUT 1.5 WEEKS IN POST-PRODUCTION.

TIMELINE

THE DELIVERABLES INCLUDED 1X 6 MINUTE BRAND STORY GALA PRESENTATION VIDEO. AS A SPONSOR FOR THE GALA THREEFOLD FILM GROUP ALSO CREATED A EVENT RECAP VIDEO HIGHLIGHTING THE NIGHT OF THE GALA.
