We recommend booking videography coverage at least 14 days in advance to secure the best pricing and availability.

• For single camera videography and basic editing our hourly rate is $325/hr (with a 2-hour minimum).

• For single camera video recording without editing our hourly rate is $250/hr (with a 2-hour minimum).

• Additional camera and lens packages are $175/kit and may require additional videographers at a rate of $150/hr/camera operator depending on project complexity.

• Short notice events (less than 1 week) will incur a rush fee to cover expedited planning, staffing, and logistics and full payment will be required up front as it's too late for a deposit.

• Urgent events (less than 48 hour notice) require immediate full payment and will incur an additional rush fee that is paid directly to the videographer(s) for making accommodations in their schedule to pull it off.
